Brandon Allison

The saying is true, “If you love what you do, you’ll never work a day in your life.” This holds true every day I boot up my computer at Cup O Code. As a kid, I wanted to know how everything worked so I took apart anything I could find (most often I did not put things back together). This led me to explore the world of computer programming throughout high school. After years of working jobs that never gave me the satisfaction I was looking for, I turned back to programming by studying Full-Stack Software Development at Lambda School ( now Bloom Tech).  

Throughout my career, I have worked on large scale projects, small websites and everything in between. I am passionate about developing solutions to problems and delivering top-teir work, no matter the project.  

Continuing my education is important, so I am currently working towards a Bachelors of Science in Information Technology. When the time allows, I also work towards certification and currently hold two Amazon Web Services certifications.  

When I get away from my desk, I enjoy several hobbies. Golf, camping, and photography help me relax and connect with the outdoors. I also have an amazing daughter who never ceases to amaze me as she grows into a fantastic young woman.  I am supported everyday by my wonderful friends and family.
